TABLE DECORATIONS
Gentian, saxifrage, edelweiss, daisies and even the humble house-leek are used in a new and unusual table decoration by an artist who models the flowers from life. The stems are of wire, but for the petals and leaves the medium used is bread. This is kneaded to a consistency allowing it to be shaped with the fingers and lends itself perfectly to the reproduction of natural colour.
