SUDDEN DEATH

INQUEST OPENED An inquest was opened yesterday be Core the coroner, Mr.F. K. Hunt, S.M., into the death of Arthur Joseph Greener, who died suddenly at his home, 18 Surrey Street, Grey Lynn, on Sunday morning. Uvidence was given by Mrs. R; A. Grigg, niece of deceased, with whom he resided, that her uncle was a wharf labourer. G2 years of age. He had returned to the house after a walk and was having a cup of tea, when he suddenly collapsed and fell out of his chair to the floor. Death occurred about five minutes later. The inquiry was adjourned sine die.
