TE KUITI CROQUET From, Our Own Correspondent TE AWAMUTU, Today. Twelve members of the Te Kuiti Croquet Club visited Te Awamutu on Friday, and played an enjoyable game with the Te Awamutu members. The visitors won by 139 points and four gabies to Te Awamutu’s 116 points and three games. Following are the scores, Te Awamutu players being mentioned first:— Mesdames McArthur and Battson, 5, v. Mesdames McKenzie and Fraser, 26. Mesdames Dowds and Davies, 2(5, v. Mesdames Totman and Blackman, 15. Mesdames Downes and Nobes, 26, v. Mesdames Holuh and Brown, 13. Mesdames Noonan and Jourdairi, 14, v. Mesdames Dinsdale and Witney. Mesdames Jeffrey and Battson. 13, v. Mesdames Blackman and O’Connell, 26. Mesdames Davis and Bevin, 15, v. Mesdames Holah and Totman, 19. Mesdames Dowds and Noonan, 17, v. Mesdames Fraser and Bryden, 14. Totals: Te Awamutu, 116; Te Kuiti, 139.
