THAMES BRIDE ATTENDED BY A MAID IN BLUE
O’LOUGHLIN—CAMPBELL At St. Matthew’s Church recently j Ivy, youngest daughter of Mr. A. Campbell, of Thames, was married j to Alfred, son of Mr. and Mrs M. O'LougMin, of Auckland, by the f Rev. Grant-Cowen. The bride entered the church on her j father's arm, wearing a dainty frock I of ivory crepe de chine, the full tin- . even hemline skirt fell from a fitting I corsage to a dip at the back. Her veil of embroidered silk net, arranged as a cap with a triple row of silver leaves and orange blossoms, fell in graceful folds to form a train, and she carried a shower bouquet of white carnations and asters with satin streamers. The bride was attended by Miss Myrtle Murphy as bridesmaid, wearing a frock of cornflower blue satin beaute, with uneven hem of silk net and silver lace. Her blue crinoline straw hat was relieved with iaee motifs, and she carried a bouquet of pink and mauve asters, with streamers of pale pink ribbon. Mr. Vent O’Loughlin carried out the duties of best man. The reception was held at the Farmers’ Tea Rooms, where the bride's aunt received the guests wearing a gown of black silk marocain, relieved with silver and a black hat to match. Mrs. O’Loughlin wore a navy blue crepe de chine frock, relieved with fawn, and a hat in toning shades. For her travelling frock the bride wore an ensemble of rose beige crbpe de chine under-a beige cloth coat, and a small close-fit-ting felt hat.
