''The chief ‘feature of the provisional itinerary of the New Zealand cricket team in England next year is a test match against England at Lords on June, 27, 20 and 30. Mr. H. D. Swan, who has been acting on behalf of the N?w Zealand Cricket Council in England, received a most satisfactory response from the first-class counties in England. The programme is considerably stronger than it was when the New Zealand team visited England in 1927. with other matches yet to be arranged. The provisional itinerary is as follows: May 1 to 5, reserved for practice matches; May 6. 7 and 8, v. Essex, at Leyton; May 9. 11 and 12, v. Leicestershire, at Leicester: May 13, 14 and 15, v.
