OLYMPIC ROMANCE
TWO EX-CHAMPION ATHLETES ENGAGED TED MORGAN AND MISS WILSON A romance of international sport is the engagement of Ted Morgan, exworld’s amateur champion boxer, to Miss Noima Wilson, former New Zealand champion sprinter. These two well-known athletes represented New Zealand at the Olympic Games at Amsterdam in 1928, and It was on the tour of the New Zealand team to Holland that the romance started. Both Miss Wilson and Ted Morgan are very popular figures in sport. Morgan, who is now a well-known professional boxer, is fighting Jack Paul at the Auckland Town Hall on r Monday night.
