THE KAIT UN A.—The Union Company advises that the Kaituna is to leave Sydney today for Port Kembla to load coal for Wellington. THE MAUNGANUI-The Union Company’s intercolonial steamer Maunganui left Sydney for Wellington yesterday afternoon. She is due at Wellington on Tuesday morning. RANGITANE HOME.—Cabled news has been received by the New Zealand .Shipping Company that its motor-liner Rangitane reached Southampton from New Zealand on April 3. GOLDEN COAST SAILED.—The American steamer Golden Coast sailed for Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin yesterday afternoon in continuation of her voyage from Pacific Coast ports. KIA ORA SAILED.—To complete unloading basic slag and phosphates from Antwerp, the Shaw, Savill and Albion steamer Kia Ora sailed for New Plymouth early this morning. COPTIC AT LONDON.—The Shaw, Savill and Albion motor-ship Coptic is reported to have reached London from Lyttelton on Thursday. She was dispatched from Lyttelton on February 2S.
NIAGARA DUE MONDAY. The Royal Mail liner Niagara is due in port from Sydney on Monday morning, en route from that port to Vancouver. The vessel is to berth at Prince’s Wharf to land passengers, mails and cargo, and is scheduled to sail agai nat 11 a.m. on Tuesday for Suva, Honolulu, Victoria and Vancouver.
CANADIAN EXPLORER SAILS MONDAY.—The local office of the Canadian National Steamships Advises that it hopes to dispatch the vessel Canadian Explorer, now completing her loading at King’s Wharf, at noon on Monday for New York, Boston and Montreal. PORT VICTOR SAILED— The Commonwealth and Dominion Line steamer Port Victor sailed for Napier and Wellington early this morning to complete loading New Zealand produce for London, Avonmoutli, Liverpool and Glasgow. RUAHINE CLEARED PANAMA—Advice received by the New Zealand Shipping Company states that the liner Ruahine cleared Panama on April 1, in continuation of her voyage from London and Southampton. In addition to passengers and mail for New Zealand, the vessel has general cargo for discharge at Auckland. Wellington and Nelson. She is scheduled to reach Auckland on April 21.
MAKURA FROM SYDNEY. —The Union Company advises that its intercolonial passenger liner Makura was to clear Sydney at noon this day for Auckland with passengers, mails and cargo. The vessel is due in port on Wednesday morning and is announced to sail on her return trip to Sydney at 3 p.m. on Friday next. •
THE PAKEHA. —The Shaw, Savill and Albion Company’s steamer Pakeha, now at Napier loading for Rotterdam and London, is now to leave there for Auckland on Monday evening. Due at this port on ‘Wednesday morning, the vessel berths at Central Wharf to complete her cargo and is scheduled to sail finally from here on April 16 on her Homeward voyage via the Panama Canal. RANGITIKI SAILS AT DAYBREAK.— At present at Prince’s Wharf loading for London, the New Zealand Shipping Company’s motor-liner Rangitiki is to load also at Gisborne, Napier, Lyttelton and Wellington, omitting Tokomaru Bay, as previously scheduled. It is hoped to dispatch the vessel at daybreak tomorrow for Gisborne. The Rangitiki is to leave Wellington on April 26 for Southampton and London, via the Panama Canal, taking also passengers and mails.
RUAPEHU SAILS 5 P.M. —The New Zealand Shipping Company advises that its steamer Ruapehu, now at Queen’s Wharf discharging the local part of her cargo of basic slag and phosphates from Antwerp, is to be dispatched at 5 o'clock this afternoon for Wellington to complete unloading. On completion of discharge she is to proceed to Picton to commence her Homeward loading. She will subsequently load at Oamaru, Timaru, Port Chalmers and Wellington. The Ruapehu is due back at Wellington on April 25. and will sail finally from here on April 29 for Southampton and London, via the Panama Canal.
