RETURN OF AUCKLAND MEMBER MR. R. A. FALLA’S WORK Mr. R. A. Falla, M.A., of Auckland, who went to tiie Antarctic with Sir Douglas Mawson in the ship Discovery which returned to Adelaide on Tuesday, anticipates returning to Auckland by the Ulimaroa, which leaves Sydney on April 11. Mr. Falla may return to the Antarctic with the ship next spring, but nothing definite regarding this will be known until he arrives in Auckland. Mr. Falla, who was lecturer in nature study at the Auckland Training College, was appointed to the expedition as assistant geologist specialising in ornithology, a study in which he is a recognised authority and on which he has written several original papers.
