NEW CANTERBURY COUNCIL j Press Association WELLINGTON, Wednesday. Reconstruction of the Reform organisation in Canterbury is being completed, and a new provincial council has been set up under the chairmanship of Mr. C. P. Agar, president of the Associated Chambers of Commerce. Mr. S. Evison had been appointed honorary secretary, and an organiser is being appointed. The work of setting up branch committees is proceeding.
