MR. TURNBULL DUE THERE THIS WEEK Special to THE SUN WELLINGTON, Today The new Secretary to the Samoan Administration, Mr. W. Turnbull, is due at Samoa this week and will take up his duties at once. The arrival of Mr. Turnbull will release Mr. Ciinkard, who has been acting as Secretary to the Administration during the past year, and enable him to return to the Dominion shortly to take up his new position as ofßcer-in-charge of the amalgamated Tourist and Industries and Commerce Departments. The Department of Industries and Commerce will lose its present head, Mr. J. W. Collins, who will leave to take up his post of Trade Commissioner in Canada on April 26, 12 days after Mr. Ciinkard Is due to arrive in Auckland.
