MEETING AT BIRKENHEAD A public meeting of those interested ill the obstetrical appeal was held in the Council Chambers, Birkenhead, on Monday evening. The Mayoress, Mrs. J. P. McPhail, presided. Miss A. Hasten briefly explikined the objects of the appeal. Arrangements were made for collecting funds in the district
