RICHMOND BAPTIST CHURCH

PASTOR C. CHANT’S AT HOME Pastor C. Chant and Mrs. Chant, of the Richmond Baptist Church, gave an "At Home’’ on Monday evening. More than 100 members of the congregation were present. During the evening violin solos by Miss Perrot and Mr. Reece: vocal solos by Mrs. Otter. Misses Wilkins, and Stewart, and Messrs. Honeycombe and Moore, were given. Several original competitions were also held. An exhibition of miscroscope slides bv Mr. Blampied attracted much attention. After a supper provided by members of the congregation, the young people adjourned to the primary room, where they spent an hour in round games.
