AT WHANGAREI TOMORROW \ 0 Racing in the North Island tomorrow will be confined to the Whangarei meeting at Kensington Park, and only this fixture to attract their attention—and ability—Auckland provincial horsemen promise to be on hand in full force. Boys at the top of the ladder have afready made several engagements on the first day, while several trainers have yet to secure their riding talent. With the mounts from J. T.
