FIGHTING FOR FOX
EFFORTS TO SAVE MURDERER FROM HANGMAN COMMUTATION PLEA Reed. 9.40 a.m. LONDON, Monday. Sidney Harry Fox, who is under sentence of death for having murdered his mother at the Hotel Metropole, Margate, last year, is not appealing. It is understood an effort is being made to commute the sentence on the grounds of Fox’s mental condition.
