PROTEST AGAINST CHARGES Press Association INVERCARGILL, Today. The Southland Rugby Union last evening decided to instruct its delegates to the annual meeting of the New Zealand Union to protest against the charges for admission to matches with the British team as set out in the circular issued by the New Zealand Union.
