FREE BUS SERVICES
The question of free omnibus services conducted by business concern* and the effect on public transport systems is to be forwarded as a remit from the Auckland Transport Board to the next Australian and New Zealand Tramways Conference.
Legal advice gained by the board states that the question can be dealt with only by special legislation.
