Children of 15 and under may join Happy Town. Stories, poems , etc., should be written on only one side of the paper, with the name, age and address of the competitor on the top right-hand corner of the first sheet. In the case o* stories or essays the number of words should be stated. Painting , needlework and puzzle entries should nave the tame, age and address attached. Only original matter should oe submitted for competitions. Sun beams sending in jokes, riddles or other copied matter should stair the source.
