'BROADWAY DANCERS” Mari© Saxon, vivacious Broadway musical comedy star who was featured in such popular successes as “Battling Butler,” “Aly Girl,” “Merry, Merry” and “Ups A-Duisy,” makes her talking picture debut in “The Broadway Dancers,” the Columbia all-talking musical romance that is now delighting audiences at both the Roxy, Queen Street, and Empress, Newton, theatres. C'o-starred : with her are Jack Egan and Louise I Fazenda. George Archainbaud handled the megaphone. Miss Saxon brings to the screen beauty, personality, a charming mezzosoprano voice and outstanding talent in the terpsichorean art. With these attributes, a triumphant screen career unquestionably awaits her. Columbia has chosen her tirst vehicle with much care and has surrounded her with a cast of uniform excellence.
