RACING AT WESTERN SPRINGS Reported to be one of the most sensational of all “knights of the cinders,” Bobby Blake will make his Auckland debut at the Western Springs Stadium on Saturday evening. Blake was known last year as “The Australian Boy Wonder,” and enthusiasts will believe it when they see him in action. Alf. Alattson, who last evening won the championship of New Zealand, will meet him in a special match race. In addition to Blake. Miss Fay Taylour, who was dogged by ill-luck last Saturday evening, and Max Graham will be in action as well as the usual local riders. The programme promises p’enty of thrills and patrons should be well satisfied at the close of the evening ___
