BENZINE EXPLOSION IN N.S.W. COTTAGE RESCUE ATTEMPTS FAIL SYDNEY, Tuesday. John O’Malley, aged eight, and his sister Mary, aged five, were burned to death in their home at Trundle A tin of benzine exploded, causing the fire. Mr. .and Mrs. O’Malley rushed into the house and made a brave but futile attempt to save the children. They were badly burned.
