Cecil Prime as secretary of the Canterbury Employers’ Association was expresesd at a luncheon today tendered i to Mr. Prime by the association, on I the eve of his departure to assume his j new duties as employers’ representa- ; tive in the Arbitration Court. The president, Mr. J. W. Graham, spoke of Mr. Prime’s excellent service j to the association and presented him j with a gold watch. Mrs. Prime, who j was also a guest, was presented with a gold wristlet watch.
