DISTRICT CONTRIBUTIONS Press Association STRATFORD, Monday. Tlie returns received by Dr. Doris Gordon, secretary of the Obstetrical Fund, show that Wellington is leading with £4,730. Canterbury has so far raised £2,600, but several returns have yet to come. The return from Dunedin shows £I,BOO to date, but Southland is not included. Auckland City so far has raised £2,000. The Wellington district return is j made up as follows: —Wanganui, £1,180: Taranaki. £1,052; Wellington City, £800: Hawke’s Bay, £700; I Manawatu. £655; Wairarapa. £393. I
