Pascoe. for competition ; among amateur cyclists during the coming season, the conditions of which are to be decided by the committee. Prize-winners were as follow: Junior Championship (.miniature cup presented by Mrs. Paul): J. T. Colman: runner-up. V. Gordon. Sprint Championship: H. Dwight; runner-up, J. IT. Wade.
