WON BY AN INNINGS
OTAHUHU GOLF CLUB
ANNUAL MEETING HELD Mr. S. W. House, president of the Otahuhu Golf Club, presided over a large attendance of members at the annual meeting, held, in the Otahuhu Public School last evening. The balance-sheet showed the finances of the club to be in a satisfactory condition. The report dealt with the past season’s activities, reference being made to the performance of Mr. R. Croxson, in winning the champion of champions competition. The opening date will be decided on at a later meeting. The following officers were elected: —Patron, Mr. H. R. Mackenzie; president, Mr. S. W. House; vicepresident, Mr. Roy Brown; club captain, Mr. R. Moffitt; vice-captain, Mr. S. Macdonald; secretary and treasurer, Mr. C. R. Reader; committee, Messrs. Wallace, Croxson and Hickins; women's captain, Miss M. Cutforth; women’s secretary, Miss L. F. Mellsop.
