CANTERBURY LEAGUE ROW RESIGNATIONS DEMANDED Press Association CHRISTCHURCH. Today. Three officers of the Canterbury Rugby League, whose resignations have been demanded by the trustees of Monica Park and by several meetings of players, were re-elected to their respective positions at the annual meeting of the League last evening. Mr. E. TI. Healey was elected president of the Canterbury League in place of Hr. H. T- J. Thacker, who was recently suspended. The three officials who were re-elected were J. K. Worrell (chairman), S. Richardson (secretary) and L. Amos (treasurer).
