WITNESS DISAPPEARS.—A new mystery has arisen out of the case of the missing Irish Free State postman Griffin. This is the disappearance of James Fitzgerald, the principal witness against, the 10 persons who were charged with murder, and later discharged, because Griffin’s body was not recovered. Fitzgerald -went off on March 14 in a motor-car with two men who called at his lodgings. He has not been seen since.
