WILL BE RECONSTITUTED Press Association WELLINGTON, Today. Owing to the withdrawal of Mr. H. R. Jenkins, M.P., and the absence of the Hon. J. G. Cobbe, in Samoa, the Parliamentary Committee which was to investigate certain manufacturing industries has been unable to function. Tho Hon. J. B. Donald, Minister of Industries and Commerce, now intends to substitute a committee of three, whose names will be announced later.
