HANDICAPS FOR EVENT A power-boat race either to Awaroa fi Uy -iS r will be conducted by tho Aew Zealand Power-Boat Association tomorrow afternoon. Starting at King’s Wharf at 2.3 C o’clock, the event will be controlled by Mr. J s D Hanna, as starter and Air. B. Spencer" of the motor-yacht Tasman, as timekeeper and judge. A white Hag will in down if the course is to Matiatia out whatever course is decided upon competitors will observe the Beam Uock on tho starboard. Handicaps are as under: ..
