REMAND ON INTOXICATION CHARGE Charged with being intoxicated in | charge of a motor-car in Federal j Street yesterday, John Reginald Herj ring, a carrier, aged 50, was remanded i at the Police Court this morning until i tomorrow. The remand was made at the request of Mr. Holmden. who, appearing for accused, explained that he was not fully acquainted with the facts of the case. Bail was renewed in two sureties jof £SO. Herring was arrested by I Constable Gaines ;
