MT. EDEN WEDDING
BRIDE IN CAMEO PINE BOWRING—BULLIVANT On Tuesday afternoon, at the Mount Eden Methodist Church, Gladys Margaret, only daughter of Mrs. and the late Mr. E. Bullivant, of Henley Street, Mount Eden, was married to Norman Clive, only son of Mr. and Mrs. A. Bowring, of Esplanade Road, Mount Eden. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. L. T. Olds. Given away by her brother. Mr. Edward Bullivant, the bride wore a frock of cameo- pink satin beaute and silk net, the long flared skirt which | dipped slightly was edged with ribbon j shading from pale pink to deep rose at the back of the waist a large bow was worn, the ends of which fell to the hem. Site wore a dainty veil of pale pink tulle arranged with sprays of orange blossoms. Her bouquet was of pale pink flowers. The bridesmaids were Miss Teeny Johnson, cousin of the bride, and Miss Mona Bowring, sister of the bridegroom. They wore blush-rose georgette. with long skirts of coloured lace and biscuit shaded felt hats, bordered with tulle. Their bouquets were of flowers to tone with their frocks. The bridegroom was attended by Mr. Granville Horrox as best man. Mrs. Bullivant. mother of the bride, wore a black ring velvet frock and black hat relieved with amber. She carried a bouquet of autumn-tinted flowers. The bridegroom's mother, Mrs. Bowring, was in a frock of navy bengaline'trimmed with ecru lace, with a hat to tone, and she carried a bouquet of mauve flowers.
