ALSO ANOTHER MAN’S FRIENDSHIP DIVORCE GRANTED His wife’s love of dancing and refusal to surrender her friendship for another man, was described in the Supreme Court today by Fenwick Irvine (Mr. Schramm) in support of his petition for dissolution of his marriage with Mildred Ellen Irvine, < n the ground of adultery. Jock Simpson, who was cited as co-respondent, was represented by Mr. Singer, who also appeared for the respondent. Married at Hamilton oil December 15, 1925, petitioner said that after coming to Auckland his wife commenced going cut at night to dances, and finally, after finding her out with Simpson in December, 1928. he re monstrated and she left for Hamilton. She wrote admitting she had mi* conducted herself, asked to be for given, and offered to return if sinwas allowed to attend dances. She declined to give; up her friendship fo Simpson, who was a seaman on the Tofua.
