MOTORIST FOR TRIAL

FATAL ACCIDENT SEQUEL PALMERSTON N., Wednesday. In the Magistrate’s Court today, Bache Wright Harvey, a farmer, of Waverley, was committed to the Supreme Court for trial on a charge of reckless driving, causing death. The case recalls the fatal accidents near Palmerston North on January IS, when the car driven by Harvey collided with, a motor-cycle ridden by Hector Clarence Eggleton and Bertram Cecil Hazelhurst, both of whom were killed outright. Accused was granted bail in his own surety of £IOO, and one other surety of £IOO.
