LITTLE THEATRE SOCIETY
“THE MAN THEY BURIED” The members’ preferential plan for “The Man They Buried,” Karen Bramson’s remarkable play, which will be produced by the Auckland Little Theatre Society, opens next Friday. This astounding work is likely to cause a sensation in the city. Certain it is that there will be a considerable amount of controversy. The subject is a very serious one. but the authoress treats it so skilfully, yet so lightly, that the play is rightly termed a comedy. There are 22 speaking parts and eight scenes in the production, so Little Theatre players will be called upon to put forward a big effort. There is no doubt that “The Man They Buried” is an intensely interesting work. Particulars are advertised and it is pointed out members must remit their subscriptions immediately.
