MORGAN BEATS GRIME IN DUNEDIN POOR FIGHT WON ON POINTS Press Association DUNEDIN, Tuesday. Tho fight between Ted Morgan, lOst 3£lb, and Billy Grime, 9st 121 b, in His Majesty’s Theatre this evening went tho full distance. Morgan won comfortably on points. Tho contest was marked by holding and clinching practically throughout. Grimo was the worst offender, and in desperation Morgan threw him to the floor on on© occasion. Little variety was shown in the methods of the men. Grime relied practically throughout th' whole fight on his right hand, and Morgan on his left. Morgan fought hard in the last round for a knock-out, and it was only by clever smothering and ducking that Grime saved himself. The referee. Mr. Don Paterson, had heavy work in calling the boxers to break, and rushipg between the two men in a manner never previously experienced in a light in Dunedin. There was e crowded attendance.
