COST OF SCHOOL BOOKS A complaint against the cost of school books, received this morning by the Auckland Education Board, will be forwarded to the Education Department. . , „ The St. Heliers School Commute** stated that the cost was a serious problem for parents. It asked tinboard to consider obtaining cheapo: books or. as an alternative, the seeming of better value for money. The committee also submitted tb.it its complaint against the state of Enc lish class books supplied to tin* schools was not an isolated one.
