ENJOYABLE DANCE
| COMING-OF-AGE CELEBRATION ANNOUNCEMENT OF ENGAGEMENT
On Wednesday Mrs. Gibson, of Grey Lynn, gave an enjoyable dance in the Gaiety Hall, Surrey Crescent, in honour of the coming-of-age of her niece. Miss Lena Buckland, and to announce the engagement ol her niece. Miss Queenie Burrows, to Mr. David Geard. The tables were beautifully decorated with pink and white roses. To receive her guests, Mrs. Gibson wore a frock of black lace and georgette, Miss Lena Buckland was in a green crepe de chine and lace frock. Miss Queenie Burrows chose a lemon georgette and lace frock. Among those present were: Mrs. Hill, georgette frock and blue lace: Miss E.
