CHILD LOST WHILE AT PLAY Press Association INVERCARGILL, Thursday. Russell Winter, aged two years, the youngest son of Mr. James Winter, of Menzies Ferry, was drowned under tragic circumstances yesterday. The little fellow, who had been playing on a doorstep, was not missed for some time, a.nd failed to answer when called on. His body was found in a horse-trough containing about two feet of water.
