ANZAC DAY SERVICES

The City Council appointed a special committee last evening consisting Crs. E. J. Phelan, G. G. Ashley, * Dempsey and A. J. Entrican to to* operate with the Returned Soldiers Association in arranging the Anzat Day commemoration services for April The association notified that Messrs. A. C. A. Sexton, T. H. Dawson, S. C. Reid and E. H. Sharp had been appointed a special sub-committee from the association to co-operate with thj> council. As a permanent cenotaph had been erected, it wouTd probably be necessary to make arrangements earlief this year than previously.
