ROBBERY WITH VIOLENCE
TWO MEN COMMITTED FOR * TRIAL ALLEGED VICTiM WAS DRUNK WELLINGTON. Wednesday, William Fraser, described as an engineer, aged 42. and James Burman, a labourer, aged 3S. were committed for trial today on a charge of robbery with violence. The alleged victim was Arthur Brice, a labourer from Palmerston North, and the mount £2. Brice, in evidence, said he was very drunk and did not remember the men he was with, but the men had been followed by a man named Craig, who gave evidence that his suspicions had been aroused and that he saw the affair.
