HUNTING COMPETITIONS Given fine weather, the success of the annual sports meeting, to be held under the auspices of the Otahuhu Sports Association on the Otahuhu Trotting Club's course on Saturday afternoon, is assured. A comprehensive programme of hunting and riding competitions will be disposed of. A large number of the members of the Pakuranga Hunt have signified their intention to compete, so the public will have the opportunity of seeing some of the best hunting stock of the Dominion in action. Children's ponies have been well catered for. and special interest will centre in the school teams of three. Adequate transport arrangements have been made with both the bus company and Railway Department.
