MID-WEEK COMPETITION Pacific Cable Board defeated Auckland Milk Company yesterday by 90 runs in a match played in the Auckland Suburban Cricket Association’s mid-week competition. Scores: Auckland Milk Company, 125 (Norman 35, Cullum IS. \V. Foster 13). Bowling: Kilworth four wickets, Smyth live. Pacific Cable Board: 215 (Christian JOO retired. Smyth 38, Adames 23, Killworth 17, S. H. Morris 11). Bowling: Thompson three wickets. A feature of Cable Board’s innings -was the score of Christian, who made a centuryin 53 minutes.
