.From Our Oven Correspondent TAUMARUNUI, Tuesday. A very heavy yarding of sheep at the weekly "sale today met with a ready sale, with the exception of old ewes. A marked feature of the sale was the demand for pigs. Several buyers from the Auckland district were operating. Pigs.—Weaners, made 14s to 225; slips, 27s to 345. Sheep.—Two-tootli wethers, 19s to 22s 6d: small two-tooth wethers, ISs; cull two-tooth wethers, 15s 6d; two and four-tooth wethers, 245; two. four, and six-tooth wethers. 245: m.a. ewes. 17s to 17s lOd: s.m. ewes, 17s 3d to 18s 6d: two-tootli ewes, 30s 9d to 345; four and six-tooth ewes. 17s 3d; old an inferior ewes. 8s to 9s: m.s. lambs, 15s; ewe lambs, 18s. Cattle sold at late rate.?.
