SEEKING KOUTEPOFF
SOVIET COMMISSIONER COMMITS! SUICIDE DRAGGING THE SEINE PARIS, Tuesday. It is disclosed that the Soviet sent to Paris a commission of four to inquire into the disappearance of General Koutepoff, leader of the Russian refugees, who disappeared from Paris in January. One of the commissioners, 'according to the other three, became depressed at the nonsuccess of the investigation and committed suicide by jumping into the Seine. The police, who were belatedly informed of the tragedy, are dragging the river.
