Walker, who was drunk, had misbehaved, and was not allowed to go with them, whereupon he used obscene language to the guard, and also struck him. He was fined £3 for assault, £2 for the obscene language, and con victed and discharged on the drunkenness charge. Pie was also ordered to pay expenses, £2 2s 6d, with appro priate defaults.
