FIGHT WITH GUARD AFTER ARGUMENT Press Association WELLINGTON, Today Misbehaviour in a railway carriage proved expensive to Walter Walker, aged 28, on his way to Paekakariki. When the train reached Johnsonville. a car was taken off. and the passengers were requested to go to another. Walker, who was drunk, had misbehaved, and was not allowed to go with them, whereupon he used obscene language to the guard, and also struck him. He was fined £3 for assault, £2 for the obscene language, and con victed and discharged on the drunkenness charge. Pie was also ordered to pay expenses, £2 2s 6d, with appro priate defaults.
