GIFT FROM SOUTH AFRICA.—This cheetah skin has been presented to the Mayor of Auckland by Mr. E. W. Sargent, of South Africa, with a request that it be handed to a boys’ band. Mr. Baildon has decided to hand it to the Ponsonby Boys’ Band. It will be worn by the drummer.
