PRINCE LEAVES FOR CENTRAL AFRICA INFORMAL DEPARTURE Reed, noon RUGBY, Monday. The Prince of Wales, looking well and sunburnt, left Kenya for Uganda yesterday. His departure was informal with only the Governor and a few other friends to say good-bye at the station.
