JOHN DUNN
EXTRA RECITAL ON THURSDAY Owing to the remarkable success of the concert given by Mr. John Dunn, the celebrated English violinist, last Thursday, an extra recital will be given by Mr. Dunn on Thursday evening nejft. On this occasion Mr. Dunn will be assisted by Mr. Cyril Towsey at the piano, and Miss Sara Stacpole, the brilliant young soprano. Mr. Dunn’s full programme for Thursday will be advertised in The Sun tomorrow.
VICTORIA, DEVONPORT
“The Cop,” an exciting melodrama dealing with the hustle of life in modern America, is now being presented at the Victoria Theatre, Devonport, with the well-known actor, William Boyd, in the leading role. A full programme of specially selected shorter talkie items will alsc be presented this evening.
