GRAND TO SHOW “DRAG”
"Drag." a talking picture based on the famous novel by William Dudley Pelley, will head the programme ' o be shown at the Grand Theatre today. A First National and Vitaphone production, the film is interpreted by a selected cast, at the head of which appears Richard Barthelmess. Barthelmiws, who will be remembered for his Are characterisation in “Weary River." is shown as a young: and ambitious journalist who goes to a small town to edit the local weekly paper. While there he falls in love with the daughter of his landlady, but after marrying her he discovers that he is supporting all her relatives. How lie Anally finds true happiness is told in absorbing story.
