ELDERLY WOMAN’S DEATH A verdict of death by gas poisoning was returned by the coroner, Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., when an inquest was held yesterday into the death of Mrs. Maria Gallagher, who was found dead in her home at 37 Scarborough Terrace, Parnell, yesterday. Mrs. Gallagher, whose body was found by her 15-year-old son, was the wife of Joseph Gallagher. She was 52 years of age and left a family of seven children.
