SURREY LEAVES HALIFAX.— The Federal Line steamer Surrey, which sailed from Auckland for London, via New York and Halifax, on January 25. is reported to have cleared Halifax last Wednesday. TAINUI AT PANAMA. —Reported to have reached Panama on Wednesday, the Shaw. Savill and Albion liner Tainui is en route from Wellington to Southampton and London. She sailed from Wellington on February 12. THE STEAMER JUNE. —Now completing discharge of Nauru Island phosphates at Port Chalmers, the Norwegian steamer June is expected to return to Auckland about the end of next week to load general cargo and stores for Nauru Island. RANGITANE’S “ALL WELL." —The New Zealand Shipping Company’s motorliner Rangitane. which left Wellington for London last Saturday afternoon, has reported by wireless: —"Fine weather since leaving; all well.” ROTORUA LOADING. —The New Zealand Shipping Company’s liner Rotorua, at present at Queen's Wharf loading for London, is now to be dispatched at noon on Tuesday next for Wellington to complete. The vessel is scheduled to sail finally from the capital on March 15 with passengers and cargo for Southampton and London. CANADIAN EXPLORER SAILING.— The local office of the Canadian National Steamships advises that the Canadian Explorer is to sail at 4 p.m. today for Wellington, Lyttelton, Timaru and Dunedin to complete discharge of her cargo from Halifax and to commence loading for the return trip to New York. Boston and Montreal. From Dunedin she loads at Wellington, Napier and Auckland, leaving here finally about April 2 on her homeward voyage. NORTHUMBERLAND LOADING PROGRAMME.—The Northumberland, which has been discharging cargo under the agency of the Federal Line, arrived at Port Chalmers at 9 a.m. on Thursday, and will complete discharging West Coast cargo. She will then be transferred to the agency of the New Zealand Shipping Company, and will commence loading for London and West Coast ports. She will load at Port Chalmers, Timaru, Lyttelton, Wanganui, Gisborne, Napier, and Wellington. The vessel is due there on March 26, sailing finally on March 29 for London, Avonmouth, Liverpool and Glasgow, via Panama and Curacao. THE CORINTH IC. —L. D. Nathan and Company, Limited, advises that the Shaw. Savill and Albion liner Corinthic is now' due at Auckland from Southampton and London on March 15. The vessel has passengers and mail for New Zealand and cargo for discharge at Auckland and Wellington. She was formerly scheduled to arrive next Monday. Tasmania leaves Panama in continuation of her voyage from Liverpool the New 2!ealand Shipping Company’s steamer Tasmania is reported to have cleared Panama last Wednesday. The vessel has a general merchandise cargo from West Coast ports of Great Britain for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton and Port Chalmers. She is due at Auckland about March 25.
